The 20-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you do not experience a meaningful shift in how you relate to your professional self-assessment, you are entitled to a full refund.

To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected] within 20 days of your purchase date. We do not require you to complete forms, provide detailed explanations, or justify your decision. A single email is sufficient.

We ask that you complete the programme before requesting a refund because the recalibration process is designed to be cumulative — each module builds on the last. Partial completion does not give the method a fair chance to work.

Conditions

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 20 days of the original purchase date
  • Refund requests submitted after 20 days are outside the standard guarantee window. We may still choose to honour them at our sole discretion, but are not obligated to do so
  • The guarantee covers your entire purchase, including any order additions such as the High-Stakes Playbook

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will confirm your refund by email once it has been processed.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are disruptive and slow — a direct refund request is always faster and simpler. If a chargeback is filed before a refund is requested, we reserve the right to contest it with evidence of programme delivery and access.
