We ask that you complete the programme before requesting a refund because the recalibration process is designed to be cumulative — each module builds on the last. Partial completion does not give the method a fair chance to work.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will confirm your refund by email once it has been processed.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are disruptive and slow — a direct refund request is always faster and simpler. If a chargeback is filed before a refund is requested, we reserve the right to contest it with evidence of programme delivery and access.
